You can take orders over the internet using the PORTFOLIO service, or the
e-commere function on the Web Builder. |
How do I take payments over the internet?
There are specialist companies who will take the payments for you on a secure
line. We have designed the Portfolio service to incorporate with "paypal"
to take on-line payments. Paypal is recognised and trusted worldwide. |
Are there any restrictions to what I can put on my web-site?
We do not allow any illegal material to be put on our servers. We do not
host adult web sites. |
Do you provide any support for the service?
There is a comprehensive support database on the control panel, this should
cover most problems. We also offer e mail support if you need it. |
Why do I have to specify my domain name with the order ?
When we set the site up on the server, we have to put some form of reference
so that it can be located quickly on the server. We use the domain name
as a reference point. |
If I register my domain name with another company, how easy is it to
link the name to the service ?
It is usually very easy to link to the service. The domain name should be
the same as the name used to set the service up. You can then go to your
domain name supplier and change the domain name servers to ours. |
Why don't you offer a refund on domain names that you register
?
When we register a domain name for you, it is registered for you, in your
name, and becomes your property. We cannot cancel or get a refund for thye
domain name once registered. |
